WITHDRAWAL form from the CONTRACT of PNM International s.r.o.
When exercising the right to WITHDRAWAL from the CONTRACT without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods, it is necessary to attach proof of purchase of goods or an invoice, if issued, or another document proving the purchase of goods. To make it as easy as possible for you, we only need a copy of the order confirmation email as proof. When sending the goods, the Buyer is obliged to pack the goods in a suitable package so that it is not damaged or destroyed. We will immediately send you the completed form to the email you entered, you just need to put it in the package, carefully pack the goods and secure them against damage, and send them at your own expense to the address:

Do not send the goods cash on delivery. We will return all received funds to you within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract. However, please note that we are not required to refund you before you return the goods to us or prove that you have sent us the goods. As a consumer, you are obliged to send the goods back to the e-shop no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract for the goods.
